Product errors on your part are non-returnable. Products chosen incorrectly on your part are non-refundable. It is YOUR responsibility to test your products. We do not guarantee that any other company products are compatible. Aroma Beads and shipping are NON REFUNDABLE for any reason, so choose carefully! Credit card fees can be charged back to you should you try to return a non-refundable product. Your cost will not be refunded. Lot numbers from products can change without notice. It is YOUR responsibility to test your product or ask us about product information. We will try to inform you of product changes, when we are aware, however, it is not our responsibility if you do not like the outcome of your product. You are welcome to test any product we have. We suggest your order a sample if you are not sure. Your dislike of a product does not constitute our returning your money! If a product is accepted for a refund, a 20% restocking/credit card processing fee with be deducted from your amount! Should you feel there is something wrong with a product, the product must be returned for inspection to see if anything is wrong with it within 7 days of purchase. We cannot guarantee how your product will work with other companies oils. We test all of our products before selling them.
If you need to file an insurance claim for damaged goods, we will need a complete report via email, within 3 days after shipment is received. The full produce must be returned, per FedEx. We will also need pictures of the damaged product. Do NOT assume your word will return your money. We will need the damaged product returned.
